Operating Guidelines due to Covid-19

We are so glad to be back and to welcome you back to 'The Grandstand Bar'. We have made many alterations to the way we will serve you, to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. Please do read the signage available onsite and if you have any questions, our staff are fully briefed and ready to serve you!

Grandstand Bar

Please follow:

  • We are currently adhering to the 1m social distancing guidelines
  • We are operating a cashless system, so payment is by card only
  • All drinks will be supplied in disposable drinkware
  • A one-way system has been put in place for patrons to enter and exit the premises
  • Sanitising stations are available. Please use them to reduce the spread of Covid-19
  • You will be asked to register our venues QR code with the NHS app
  • We will be operating Table Service only, so you must be seated in order to be served
  • Once your order is taken and completed and payment made, the drinks will be brought to your table
  • Our toilets, located on the park will be fully manned by a toilet attendant and have been adapted to comply with 2m social distancing. If you need to leave your table to visit the toilets, please make note of your table number, as staff may ask you for this to return into the venue

For your information:

  • A Table Service system has been created to serve patrons
  • Signage is in place to advise patrons of all the new procedures
  • New rigorous cleaning procedures have been implemented for the venue, the bar and our drinks storage
  • Our staff have been and will continue to be trained, to ensure the highest sanitising levels possible
  • There is no reservations being allowed, tables will be allocated on a first come / first served basis
  • You will be allocated a 2 hour seating slot, so that everyone has a fair chance of enjoying our venue and service
